I want to hear from you!

If you've ever seen women's wrestling, I want to hear from you! I'd like to understand how people engage with women's wrestling, and what it means to them.

While I am a fan of women's wrestling, I cannot claim to speak on behalf of all wrestling fans (particularly given my cultural and social privileges as a white heterosexual cis man). In order to include as many voices as possible, I've launched a survey to give fans an opportunity to talk about the issues they feel are important.

Depending on how you answer, the survey contains a maximum of 17 questions. Mostly these are open-ended questions which ask you to say things in your own words; it’s entirely up to you how much you say to any of these.

The survey should take you no longer than 15 minutes to complete, and you may withdraw from participating at any point. All reasonable measures will be taken to ensure confidentiality of any identifying information gathered, and responses will be treated as anonymous. This research is approved by the General Research Ethics Committee at the University of East Anglia, UK.

The survey is only open to those over the age of 18 years, and any ineligible submissions will be discarded.

If you have any questions about this research, you can email me or find me on Twitter
